DESCRIPTION: Come enjoy a day without equal in a place completely reserved for you and your companions. The Saona Island is one of the largest islands in the Dominican Republic located off the coast of the province of La Altagracia. It is part of the Cotubanamá National Park (Old National Park of the East). The island is also of a great tourist attraction for its beautiful beaches and natural beauties. Departing from the coast of Bayahibe in a speedboat in a direction to the ‘Natural Pool’, a transparent waters sandbar in the middle of the ocean, where the famous Caribbean starfishes lives, here you can swim in this shallow waters and enjoy a typical Dominican rum shot. After that we continue to the island where the entertainment staff receives you with a welcome cocktail, then enjoy free time to choose one of the many options offered by the excursion, such as swimming in calm waters, snorkeling, playing volleyball or to walk at the beach. In addition, you will also have a delicious typical Dominican lunch and open bar with national drinks. Once you have enjoyed this beautiful island you will sail across the Caribbean sea on a catamaran, enjoying the refreshing ocean breeze and a happy hour aboard which include Cuba-libre, rum, coke, water, etc. After sailing for about an hour and a half you will arrive at Bayahibe and from there will come back to your respective hotel.
